For my wedding in 2009, I was 135lbs. When I got pregnant in 2013, I was 160. By the time I gave birth, I was 215. 4 weeks post partum I was 180. Now, a little over 3 months post partum I'm 172 and can wear some of my pre-pregnancy pants! Most I still have way too much muffin top to wear, but still. It's encouraging! I haven't been watching what I eat, but I do take XM burn & started working out at 6 weeks post partum, now up to 4-5 days a week. My goal is 160 before the end of the year!
